In-Patients

  • Patient has to get registered along with the Identity proof.
  • Front office staff briefs about the rooms available and policies and procedures of the hospital.
  • Bed / rooms are provided subject to availability on the day of admission. If in case the bed class or location of choice is not available at the time of admission, a request to the front office staff can be given in writing and the front office staff will try their best to accommodate the request.
  • Change in bed class or location depends strictly on bed availability and clinical condition of the patient.
  • Patients need to bring along personal toiletries, slippers/footwear at the time of admission.
  • Keep some cash for miscellaneous purposes or in case of an emergency.
  • Ensure safety of your valuables and mobile phone as the hospital will not be liable for any loss of money or valuables.
  • Remember noise levels and visitor borne infections can hinder the recovery of the patient.
  • 24 hour attendant pass for two persons and 2 visitors entry passes will be issued by the reception desk.
  • Please note the reception desk is not obliged to issue any additional visitor or attendant passes. Ensure safety of all passes.

NOTE : Passport & Visa/PIO is to be produced by foreign Nationals/NRI failing which the admission of the patients may be denied.

  • The bed charge is calculated from the time of admission. Upgrade/downgrade of the class of bed affects billing from the day of transfer.
  • Change in bed class after admission is done strictly as per bed availability.
  • Interim bill statements will be made available to you on a daily basis.
  • The payment for accrued amount is to be done as and when informed.

  • Discharges are processed round the clock in the hospital.
  • Discharge of the patient will be authorized as per the doctor’s opinion.
  • On receipt of request and discharge papers the billing department prepares the bill. On Completion of the final bill the billing department informs the patient Room for final settlement.
  • Relative has to approach the discharge counter for final settlement.
  • In case the patient/relative wishes to be transferred to another hospital or be sent home against the advice of the doctor, the patient/relative would be required to sign a ‘Discharge against Medical Advice’ declaration and the hospital will not be held responsible for any change in the patient’s condition, thereafter.
  • Summary Report/Discharge Card will be issued by the Medical Record Department at the time of discharge.
