- The cost estimates will be forwarded to the Insurance Company and prior approval will be sought.
- Approval / Denial of Cashless facility is solely the discretion of the Insurance Company and as per the terms of your Medical Insurance Policy. RMV Hospital can only support with adequate documentation required for processing the claim.
